After receiving the nominations, the secretariat will review the nominations to see if they are complete, valid and properly submitted. Once found proper, they will be recorded into a filing system and then forwarded to the Chair/Head Selection Committee by the Chairman, FBLF, for short listing and selection. Shortlisted candidates will then be subjected to vote and the recipients of majority vote will be receive the award.
